I appreciate Nathan for helping my family to find a dream home that we have been looking for and successfully making the closing. As a first time home buyer, I had hard time preparing loan application. Getting all those bank statements, W-2, pay stubs, tax reports, and gift letter, I was missing a lot in the list. but Nathan went over steps with me to ensure that I get accepted. After inspection, I found out that nothing will get plugged into power outlets in unit because it was covered in thick hard paint. In addition, sliding door was not opening unless a lot of force was applied. I was worried about repairing cost, but Nathan replaced all the paint covered outlets to new for me and took care of hard stuck sliding door with silicone lubricant. It was miracle! The closing date was coming, and I was worried what if something goes wrong during closing. I asked Nathan if he can be there with me, and he gladly said,"yes!" I'm very happy with my current home and satisfied with Nathan's hard work. He will work above and beyond to bring you the home you need. I definitely recommend him. Thank you again!

When I met Nathan Shin, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time I saw a new property Nathan would perform thorough inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Nathan also explained about all rounds of negotiation to get to a price I was comfortable with. In the end, I found the property that was perfect for me. What I would like to compliment about him is that he loves his work as a realtor rather than just tries to sell a house. In addition, he is very transparent to share all information related to the house with me. This led me to make a right decision without any issues.
